Sometimes it seems like schedules are meant to be broken. Although the movie business lives on a schedule more than software does (or at least so it seems).
I've been redoing my schedule for this weekends upcoming shoot. Now that I have a point of reference on how long it takes for setup changes, etc, that has definately made me reconsider my schedule.
It's amazing to me that everyone keeps smiling and having fun even with 14+ hour days. I guess if you love what you do, the rest doesn't matter.
